Biograph of Dr. Michael A. Williams, Sr.
Dr. Michael is Saved by the Blood of Jesus Christ whom he hasdeclared he will serve all the days of his Life. A native Washingtonian, and happily married to Dr. Beverly Williams, for the
past 32 years. We are blessed with two daughters (Sharonda &Tiara) and one son (namesake Michael Jr), and six grandchildren. He’s the son of Charles & Barbara Williams, and has two sisters (Audrene & Jacqueline).
Dr, Michael’s journey as a believer started in Save the Seed Ministry at Full Gospel AME Zion
Church. He also played for FGAMEZ Men’s Basketball Team. After transferring membership to
Judah Temple AMEZ Church, he served in the capacity as and Usher, member of the choir and
Mass choir, in addition to being apart of the Prison ministry. God unleashed a (new ministry)
from Pesiding Elder Scot C. Moore, calling forward the Athletic Ministry, in which Dr. Michael
was the overseer. This was when God began to grow, know and show that his servant desired
to Love him, and teach brothers and sisters how to Love Jesus, that were connected to the
ministry. During the seven years in ministry, God allow for him to travel four countries, coaching
against high level competition, and winning (1) one Gold Metal, and (1) bronze metal
participating in the interreligious World Cup competition. What a Joy! The greatest gift was
seeing old and young souls won to Christ through Athletics.
Our previous place of Worship was at the “WOP” Word of Prayer Cultural Center in Largo,
Maryland where Bishop Joseph E. Gray Jr, is the Presiding Prelate,and Founder, and Dr.
Joseph E. Gray III is the Pastor. Dr. Michael served as a teacher for the Perfecting class, and
has delivered God’s Word during Sunday Worship service.
After seeking God, Dr. Michael requested from Bishop Gray, to allow the start of a Bible Study
at our home in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. We have been steadfast and unremovable in meeting weekly for the past two and a half years and giving it the name “Inspiring Hour”. Our purpose was to have community based Bible study that inspires people to walk in their God given gift and purpose, and how it has allowed lives to be changed right before our very eyes.
We have had (1) new convert and at least (2) whom have rededicated their lives to Christ. We
have participated in Outreach and prayer at different schools located in both Prince George's
County and Washington,D.C, or the District of Christ in which will be the motto for Children of
Light International Ministries Church.
At present we have moved our membership over to New Zion Apostolic Church in Northeast
Washington D.C; under Bishop Herbert Best, where he has given me the office of Interim
Pastor. It has been so far a great opportunity and a challenge to allow those to understand and
walk in the Freedom in Christ has given us. And where Love and Faith are inseparable, and we
individually and collectively will exemplify the true Love of the Father, through Christ Jesus and
the Holy Spirit.
Dr. Michael has answered the call of God as Isaiah 61:1 says “The spirit of the Lord is on me,
because the Lord has Anointed me to proclaim good news, binding up the brokenhearted, and
to proclaim freedom for the captives, and release from darkness every prisoner into his
marvelous light.

Prophet-Dr. Beverly Williams, a devoted servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, has dedicated her life to spreading the Word of God and guiding others towards the Kingdom of God within. With an unwavering commitment to faith and a wealth of experience, she seeks opportunities to contribute her extensive knowledge gained as an Ordained Minister in the Office of the Prophet/Teacher and her expertise in contract management to support faith-based
organizations.
A Passionate Servant of God:
Prophet-Dr. Beverly Williams' journey is defined by an unshakable faith and a profound desire to share the divine light of God. She has been a steadfast presence at the Children of Light International Church, in Capitol Heights, MD, where she serves as an Ordained Minister in the Office of Prophet/Teacher, with her husband (Senior Pastor-Dr. Micheal Williams), since 2019. In this role, she leads by example as the Head of the Women's Ministry, where her
guidance and teachings have touched the lives of many. She also serves as a dedicated teacher and disciple of ministers and leaders, instilling biblical wisdom through bible study and Timothy Class. For nearly seven years, she has overseen the Women Prison ministry at Patuxent, offering hope and spiritual guidance to those in need. As a marriage counselor, she has provided invaluable support to couples navigating the complexities of life and
relationships. Through her role as a teacher and preacher of the Word of God, she has inspired countless individuals to embrace the teachings of Christ. As the Head of Intercessory Prayer, she has uplifted the spirits of many through the power of prayer.
A Seasoned Professional:
Besides her ministry, Prophet-Dr. Beverly Williams boasts an illustrious career spanning over four decades in the Federal Government. She served as a Supervisory Contract Specialist from 2015 to 2021 at the Government Publishing Office in Washington, DC. Her exceptional skills and leadership were instrumental in her role as a supervisor for negotiations and regulations on governmental policy procedures. Holding an Unlimited Contract warrant, she adeptly processed and negotiated complex acquisitions for construction and IT under the GSA Federal
Supply Center Contract. Her ability to manage and resolve potential conflicts regarding contract terms and negotiations was exemplary. She played a pivotal role in recommending the award of contracts through the bidding process and handling vendor inquiries, ensuring smooth business operations for projects involving interagency departments. As a supervisor, Prophet-Dr. As a supervisor, Prophet-Dr. Beverly Williams effectively led a team of twenty-one employees. She ensured the team completed assignments in a timely manner and distributed workloads fairly. Her role as a liaison to outside vendors, Agency Directors, and legal teams showed her commitment to upholding contractual compliance. Her extensive experience included conducting Market Research (COR), managing contracts from inception to closure, and cultivating strong relationships with contractors. She excelled as a lead negotiator in
developing pre-negotiation strategies and conducting negotiations on contract changes or modifications. Her meticulous attention to detail extended to reviewing and verifying all certification documentation, licenses, and insurance requirements, ensuring the eligibility of contracts for the Federal Government business.
Awards and Achievements:
Prophet-Dr. Beverly Williams' dedication and proficiency in her career earned her many accolades and certifications, including those in Contract Law, Performance-Based Service Acquisition, and Level I, II, and III certifications. Her expertise extended to Advance Contracting Mission Report and Support, Legal Considerations in contracting, Mission Strategy Execution, Acquisition Planning, Contract Negotiation, Contracting by Sealed Bidding, Contracting Alternative Dispute Resolution, Source Selection Planning, and Mission-Focused Contracting.
Her impressive skill set includes excellent purchasing skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite software program. She effectively managed and oversaw large, complex IT, construction, and capital projects and contracts. Her certification as a Level III Senior Contract Specialist reflected her extensive knowledge and expertise in her field.
A Life Devoted to Learning:
Prophet-Dr. Beverly Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible (2006), a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (2008), and a Doctorate in Theology. In 2019, she received her Ordination as a Minister in the Office of Prophet/Teacher. Her Certificate of Appointment complements her academic and spiritual journey as a Contracting Officer with unlimited authority and her Certified Acquisition Professional Level III warrant. Her remarkable dedication to service is further recognized through her Certificate of Appreciation for her unwavering commitment as a Contract Specialist and her Certificate of Excellence in acknowledgment of her outstanding contributions to the field.
A Life of Service and Retirement:
After forty years of dedicated service as a Supervisor Contracting Officer in the Federal Government, Prophet-Dr. Beverly Williams retired in 2021, leaving behind a legacy of professionalism and expertise. Throughout her remarkable journey, Prophet-Dr. Beverly Williams remains steadfast in her faith, allowing the Light of Christ to shine through all aspects of her life. Her favorite Bible verse, Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait on the
LORD shall renew their strength," continues to inspire and guide her as she tirelessly spreads the Word of God and helps others discover the Kingdom of God within.
Family Life:
Prophet-Dr. Beverly is married to Pastor-Dr. Michael Williams, and together, they have three children, sevengrandchildren, two great grandchildren.
